GoAir, a Wadia Group-owned low cost carrier flies to 21 cities in India from its hub at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, and its secondary hub at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.
With its dynamic fare policy, GoAir commits to provide the lowest available fare at any given point in time for all their booking mediums, and allows a passenger to rebook their flight in the event a lower fare level becomes available, pending payment of a seat release charge.
Passengers who fly GoAir have the privilege of enjoying service from a world-class crew well-trained in safety, first aid and hospitality. With the airline’s GoBusiness Reservation, business travelers who reserve 24 hours ahead of their flight schedule get complimentary hot vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals with an unlimited amount of tea, coffee or water, as well as their choice of business newspaper or weekly magazine. Passengers will also get a pillow or blanket upon request.
With guaranteed seating in the first two rows of the aircraft, and as much as 34 inches of legroom, GoBusiness passengers are allowed up to 35kg of baggage allowance, no rebooking charges, and priority check-in at the Mumbai and Delhi airports.
Meanwhile, guests traveling on the airline’s economy class can avail of buy-on-board meals. GoAir offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Café Coffee Day Snacks, hot and cold beverages, among other food items. Passengers may also purchase quality discounted products from the airline’s in-flight catalogue.
GoAir also features a GoClub membership loyalty program with which frequent flyers can earn reward points and special privileges each time they book a flight with the budget carrier.
Apart from these regular promo offerings, GoAir offers Rs 500 off on air tickets for members of the country’s defense forces until March 2013. Its special student offer provides an Rs 500 discount on all one-way fares for students - undergraduates, graduates or post-graduates - who have scored at least 90% in their 2012 examinations.
